1. Nature of the Service
Willmar Residents Directory is an independently operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections relevant to Willmar, Minnesota. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with any office, court, library, or record custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither its content nor a linked search result is a consumer report, and neither may be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Outside Links
Government portals and outside services, including sponsored search tools, set their own terms and privacy policies. Willmar Residents Directory does not control their content, availability, costs, or data practices.
5. No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. No promise is made that its content is accurate, complete, or current, or that an outside portal will remain available or return a correct result.
6. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service or a linked source, including decisions based on a record found through one.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the operators harmless from a claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from misuse of the service or a breach of these terms.

The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Links and brief attributed quotations are permitted, but full-page republication or systematic copying is not.

The terms may be revised by posting an updated version here. Continued use after the posting constitutes acceptance.

Access may be blocked or limited without notice for a user who violates these terms or misuses the service.
11. Governing Law
Minnesota law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Government data referenced by the service are subject to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minn. Stat. ch. 13, especially §13.03, where applicable.
12. Severability
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
